Data protection

In connection with the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, hereinafter referred to as the “act”, we would like to notify you of a number of issues that are of great importance. Please, be so kind to read the following information, and if you have any questions, we are at your disposal.

 

Detailed information about your personal data Controller, the purposes and methods of data processing, the personal data recipients and your rights:

a)     Your personal data Controller is "JAJ-POL" Sp.  z o.o. with its registered office in Stanowice at ul. 1-go MAJA 30. 

a)     Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of cooperation between our companies. The basis for processing your personal data is your consent given to such processing.

b)    Your data will be processed by authorized employees and associates of the Controller for marketing purposes - marketing of services and/or goods of the Administrator. Your data may be processed by companies that support the Controller and its Processors.

c)     Your data will not be transferred to third countries (not belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area).

d)    Your personal data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn.

e)     You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object in case of processing, including automated decisions and profiling. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on the consent prior to revocation.

f)     If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

g)    Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, if you do not give us your consent, we will not be able to present you with our offer or contact you for marketing purposes.

h)    The Controller informs that your data will be used for profiling, in particular preferences, industry, and region. The profiling will result in adjusting the Administrator's marketing offer to your needs.
